That the above titled suit is pending for adjudication before this honorable court and is fixed for today.That the Senior Learned Counsel Mr. ___________, Advocate ________ of Pakistan is not available today in Distt Courts, Islamabad due to hearing in the Honorable Islamabad High Court, Islamabad.That the above titled suit may kindly be adjourned for any other reasonable date, which is in the best interest of justice.That if the application is not accepted, the petitioner will suffer an irreparable loss.
