It is respectfully prayed that this Honorable Court may be pleased to grant permission to the accused and complainant party to enter into a compromise and they have patched up their differences outside the Court and complainant had lodged the above mentioned FIR against Muhammad Tariq Khan for recovery of vehicle No.APT-XXX, having chassis No.LSOIS 755, and Engine No.R052183, and the accused handed over the possession of the vehicle to the complainant on 16.02.2013 at 1:20 pm. Now the matter has resolved
