“GROUNDS”
1. That the above mentioned Case has been received registered against the petitioner is false, frivolous, baseless & Concocted, with malafide intentions & ulterior motives of the Complainant & police.
2. That the allegations leveled against the petitioner are totally false & the petitioner has no Concern with the commission of alleged offence.
3. That the Complainant under ulterior motives & with mala-fide intentions to haras & blackmail the petitioner, has received registered the above noted false case, No. Such incident as alleged in the FIR had ever took place.
4. That there is a delay of hours/days in lodging the F.I.R which shows that it was lodged after due deliberation & consultation.
5. That from the bare perusal of the F.I.R it is manifested that the complainant is inadvertently in the habit of filling frivolous applications against the petitioner or other.
6. That the offence U/S 420 471 P.P.C are bailable & 468 PPC does not attract to the extend of the petitioner.
7. That nothing incriminating & substantial material available on record, connecting the petitioner with the commission of the alleged offence.
8. That the petitioner is respected law abiding citizen. The local police is bent upon the arrest petitioner & he will suffer irrepareable loss to his respect & family Honour, if arrested.
9. That the case against the petitioner, is case of further enquiry falls within the ambit of section 2 of section 497 Cr.P.C & probe into the guilt of Petitioner.
10. That the petitioner has been sent to judicial lockup & is no more required by the Police for further investigation.
11. That there is no apprehension of abscondance of the Petitioner or to temper with the prosecution evidence.
12. That the petitioner is a previously non/convicted .
13. That the petitioner is ready to furnished surety to the best Satisfaction of this honorable Court.
